5.Cause of occurrence:

The UPS electric room caught small fire around 19:00pm, Oct 16, at

Zhunan fab. The fire was soon put out by automatic fire fighting equipment,

and there were  no injuries.

Since the fire slight impacted the production capacity, the line will

resume production from Oct 17.

6.Countermeasures:

(1)The plant and machinery have all been insured, and the claim for

indemnification will be filed upon damage calculation.

(2)The cause of the fire incident will be investigated and corrective

actions will be taken.
