Professional Experience

Starting in May 2023, Mr. Shuang-Lang (Paul) Peng has served as Chairman and President of Ennostar Inc. With a career spanning over four decades across display technology, semiconductor materials, and industry strategy, Mr. Peng holds significant influence in the optoelectronics sector. Leveraging his strong capability in supply chain integration and keen market insight, he leads the company with a core focus on optoelectronic semiconductor materials and technologies, driving the Dual-Strategy Approach to accelerate innovation and enhance competitiveness. This strategy emphasizes high-value applications in automotive, advanced display, smart sensing, and AI optical communication. 

Mr. Peng has long been dedicated to advancing the high-tech industry, having held various leadership roles throughout his career. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of AUO Group, while also holding key positions such as Board Member of the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), Member of the Taipei Smart City Committee, Managing Directo of the Taipei Computer Association (TCA), and Founding Honorary Chairman of the Taiwan Display Union Association (TDUA). In these roles, he actively promotes cross-domain integration and resource sharing to foster sustainable growth and strengthen Taiwan’s global competitiveness in technology. Furthermore, Mr. Peng plays a pivotal role in driving consensus on net-zero transformation, serving as Chairman of the Taiwan Climate Alliance and as a member of the National Climate Change Response Committee, advocating for collaborative climate action across industries. 

Mr. Peng’s exceptional leadership and contributions have earned widespread recognition both domestically and internationally. His honors include the ERSO Award from the Pan Wen Yuan Foundation, the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards (AREA) for Responsible Business Leadership, the Global Corporate Sustainability Awards (GCSA) Outstanding Professional from the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy, and the David Sarnoff Industrial Achievement Award from SID (Society for Information Display). Additionally, he has been elected as a Fellow of the Chinese Institute of Industrial Engineers (CIIE) and received the Industrial Engineering Medal for Industry Contribution, as well as the inaugural Chao Yao-Tung Memorial Medal, among numerous other accolades—underscoring his remarkable achievements in corporate governance, social responsibility, and technological innovation.

Patrick Fan

Professional Experience

Mr. Patrick Fan has served as Chairman of Ennostar Corporation since 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience in the optoelectronic semiconductor industry. His expertise spans key areas including production, logistics, quality management, and marketing. Beginning in 2018, he served as President of EPISTAR (now Ennostar Corporation) and assumed the role of Chairman in 2021. In response to group-level strategic adjustments, Mr. Fan transitioned in 2024 to Chairman and President of Lextar Electronics, continuing to promote the Dual-Strategy Approach and leading the team to deliver outstanding results. In 2025, he took on his current role as Chairman of Ennostar Corporation, further driving innovation and strategic growth.Under his leadership, the company successfully overcame intense price-cutting competition in the LED industry, strategically advanced next-generation display technologies, and drove innovation and R&D upgrades, enabling diverse end-user applications in collaboration with customers. 

In the areas of corporate sustainability and social engagement, Mr. Fan actively implemented the OGSM management framework, helping the company win three major awards at the 2023 Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards. He also encourages employee participation in volunteer services by providing annual volunteer leave and has long supported educational initiatives, including donating semiconductor research equipment and establishing scholarships to foster academic excellence. 

With his unique vision and exceptional leadership, Mr. Fan guided the company to be recognized as a “Potential Mid-sized Enterprise” by the Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2021. In 2022, the company achieved an 83% year-over-year revenue growth and earned the prestigious Golden Merchant Award for Outstanding Business. Leveraging his extensive industry experience, Mr. Fan continues to lead Ennostar Corporation to shine on the global stage.
