Corrected the XBRL's Review Report of Independent Accountants for 2nd quarter

2014; The foregoing corrections did not cause impact to the Company's

consolidated balance sheet as of June 30, 2014 ,and consolidated statement of

comprehensive income for the six-month period ended June 30, 2014.

(1)The comprehensive income of these subsidiaries based on their unreviewed

financial statements for the three-month period ended June 30, 2014 shall

amount to $92,445 thousand instead of a typographical error of $0.

(2)The comprehensive income of associates and joint ventures accounted for

under equity method based on their unreviewed financial statements for the
