7.Cause of occurrence:

 Epistar N3 building broke out of fire around six in the evening on 3/29.

 The fire started from the wasted water tank near the parking area in the basement. It was put out around nine-thirty. No injuries occurred in the fire.

8.Countermeasures:

 The building and facilities are under examination after the fire and the manufacturing of N3 is temporarily shut down. Other manufacturing site will support the capacity needed. Epistar is covered by fire insurance.

 No significant impact in terms of business and finance. Cause of the fire is still under investigation and material information will be published accordingly.
