 About the fire on 3/28, please refer to the material information published on 3/29. The Company to reiterate the following related content:

 The building and facilities are under examination after the fire and the manufacturing of N3 is temporarily shut down. Other manufacturing site will support the capacity needed. Epistar is covered by fire insurance.

 No significant impact in terms of business and finance. Cause of the fire is still under investigation and material information will be published accordingly. The statement by TTV above is false report and we have informed TTV to revise it immediately according to real situation.

 Epistar will resort to legal measures if necessary.
