5.Cause of occurrence:
 The listing date of the shares of ENNOSTAR Inc. (hereinafter referred to
 as ENNOSTAR) which is jointly organized by the Company and LEXTAR
 Electronics Corp. is tentatively scheduled on the Taiwan Stock Exchange
 on January 6, 2021,  and the shares of both the Company and theLEXTAR will
 be delisted on the Taiwan Stock Exchange at the same date.
6.Countermeasures:
 The delisting procedure of the GDR of the company which issued on the
 Luxembourg Stock Exchange in 2009 has been completed according to the
 notification from Depository and Custody Institution dated at September 24,
 2020 according to the depository contract and custody contract;  The 30,115
 ordinary shares of the Company represented by GDR have also been redeemed or
 delivered by following relevant regulations.
 This change has no impact on shareholders' equity of the company and is
 hereby announced.
