The Chinese subsidiary of the company cooperates with local governments to
extend the Chinese New Year  holiday and formulates corresponding measures.

The Chinese subsidiary of the company (Epicrystal Corporation (ChangZhou)
Ltd., Episky Corporation (Xiamen) Ltd., Jiangsu Canyang Optoelectronics
Ltd.) has cooperates with local governments to extend the Chinese New Year
holiday to February 9, because during the Chinese New year holiday, the
factories of the company on both sides of the straits had deployed manpower
for production in response to operational needs. Therefore, the company
will maintain the original manpower while closely monitoring the epidemic
situation and strengthening epidemic prevention measures.
