The front end line of InGaN caught small fire around 11:00am, Feb 4th,

at Episky. The fire was soon put out by the local firemen, and there were

no injuries.

Since the fire barely impacted the production capacity, the line will

resume production from Feb 9th.

(1)The plant and machinery have all been insured, and the claim for

indemnification will be filed upon damage calculation.

(2)The cause of the fire incident will be investigated and corrective

actions will be taken.
