InGaN Red Micro LED delivers high efficiency at pixel sizes below 10 µm, overcoming the efficiency loss of conventional AlInGaP red LEDs. Emitting near the commonly used red wavelength of 620 nm, it maintains stable brightness with smaller color shift under high current density and high-temperature operation, helping reduce image sticking in displays.  It’s ideal for small-pixel RGB displays and complements AlInGaP solutions across different display sizes.
